How to Return

Initiate Return

Log into your account and select the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place items in their original packaging if possible. Include your return authorization number inside the package.

Ship It Back

Use the prepaid shipping label we provide or ship using your preferred carrier to our returns center.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • • Returns initiated after 30 days may only be eligible for store credit
  • • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return FAQs

What items can be returned?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless defective.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes! If you would like to exchange for a different product, please note this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

What if I received a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Are gift purchases returnable?

Yes, gift recipients can return items for store credit. The original purchaser can request a refund to the original payment method.

What about international returns?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping fee.
